Beam Saw Machine
A beam saw is a powerful and precise cutting machine used to cut wood and boards. It is named for its special beam structure. Its advantage is that it can handle larger sizes of wood and boards, suitable for mass production and custom cutting. It is often used in industries such as furniture, doors and windows, cabinets and building materials, and is able to cut large pieces of materials (such as plywood, medium-density fiberboard, particleboard or plastic laminate) into smaller, easier-to-handle pieces. The automation and high efficiency of the beam saw make the cutting process more precise, fast and reliable.
CNC Machine
A CNC machine is a computer-controlled device that uses pre-programmed software to dictate the movement of tools and machinery. These machines are capable of performing a wide range of tasks, including cutting, drilling, engraving, and shaping materials. In woodworking, CNC machines are specifically designed to work with wood and wood-based materials, such as plywood, MDF (medium-density fiberboard), and particleboard.

Press Machine
During the lamination process, the veneers are glued and then pressed together with a roller or press, to apply pressure and create a strong bond. The press used in lamination will often have heated plates, as heat helps strengthen the attachment of the veneers.
Edge Banding Machine
Edge banding machines are essential tools in woodworking, particularly in the production of furniture and cabinetry. These machines apply a thin strip of material to the margins of wood panels, creating a polished, long-lasting finish. This article will delve into the workings of edge banding machines, their types, and the processes involved.
